Transformable felt sculptures that make me laugh

What I love most about my felted sculpture - they have so many faces

Even so it’s me who decide the form my felted critter sculpture will adopte, I’m always surprised about their “different faces”. In fact, when the felt work is high quality and sculptural it will “memorize”the form I let it dry in. This shape is permanent unless you wet the sculpture again and manipulate it with pression.

Otherwise once dried out the given shape can be transformed by pushing and pressing the different folds and wrinkles without impact on the initial form. It’s always possible to push it back to the form it dried in.

Trying out all the different forms is a playful moment that gives me joy and makes me laugh.

And I know I’m not alone having so much fun with my joyful critters. Thank you to all my wonderful customers who send me heartwarming message, letting me know how much fun they have with my art!

These sculptures are made with a happy mind and meant to spread good vibes everywhere. One day I hope to make a slow motion animation… until then, hope you enjoy this video!
